completely destroy you. The guitars haunt you like that creepy 1955 serial-killer movie called The Hitch-hiker.

The Secret Life of Spiders' is an honest collection of dark, introspective songs, written in bed. They are a testament to losing things, looking for things, finding things, ruining things and ultimately deciding that "you might as well be brave" in the face of all these things. Melancholic and full of expectancy, it is the sound of waiting endlessly on a train, destination unknown.
Although Switchyard began as an all-female, disco cover band in Las Vegas, Rachel's been in San Diego for years, most recenlty working on her other talent, writing. Between books and blogs (read her here http://www.switchyard.blogspot.com/) she's taken time off from music for the past few years so her fans are DELIGHTED that she'll play on June 25th at The Zombie Lounge in El Cajon. We'll see you there!
